This kit upgrades your Honda Civic and CRX to a larger front disc brake. The rotor is sourced from a Volkswagen Corrado and the calipers are Chevrolet units with slightly larger pistons (2-1/4" vs 2") and better wheel clearance overall.
This, coupled with optional Hawk pads will give you significantly more braking power than the smaller OEM 10-inch Honda units and for far less cost than competing setups since we use off-the shelf pieces available from NAPA or rockauto.com We supply both brackets, rotor centering rings, and attachment hardware along with the banjo bolts. This will also allow you to use your stock existing brake hose. You may need to run 15 inch rims or larger, we are not sure if all 14 inch rims will clear.
