1949-64 Full-size Pontiac, Oldsmobile rear disc

This pair of precision CNC laser-cut, cold rolled steel brackets (made in the USA) are used to convert your drum-brake equipped 1949-64 Olds 88, 98, Starfire or Pontiac Star Chief, Catalina, Bonneville or Ventura to rear disc.  This setup uses 1980-85 Citation caliper with 1994-96 Impala rear rotors which are a drum-in-hat style emergency brake - and are as near as your closest NAPA or other parts house.  We supply the brackets, parking brake shoes and some hardware.

The axle shafts do not have to have the flanges turned down to fit inside the rotors.  We have a flex hose retainer welded to the bracket itself, so no welding or cheap zip ties to retain the hard lines.

You will need to modify the rear brake hardlines and parking brake cables.  This will require the use of 1971 or later 5 on 5" rims.
